First step toward new generation of coffee shops and restaurants

Our passion about building the new generation of smart coffee shops, restaurants and hotels, leading us to trying hardly to build our solution around clear vision that every one of our team believe that he/she is the central of success to achieve that vision.

Our vision is consisting of 3 great steps (Objectives) that we are working on achieving them in steady pace, herein I will start with the first step

“Sorry sire we make you wait!”, “Oh sire this is not your dish”, or “What a mistake! I will replace it, if it is not your order” how many times you heard these phrases from the waiter?

Statistically speaking 75% of customers not satisfied about the waiting time that they must wait till the waiter came welcoming them and give them the menu to start their order. On the other hand, 11% of customer order taken inappropriately which lead to not desirable dish or drink.

Smares came to solve the mistakes which is came by the human – waiters, Captain – who are responsible to take the order and deliver it to kitchen.

Smares converting the whole process of taking the order from the customer, deliver it to kitchen and copy the cashier under full monitoring and controlling of the manager into completely digital process.
